Lisa Dobbs

Lisa has over 20 years of experience in the conveyancing sector and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2012. After successfully running a previous conveyancing firm for more than two decades, she founded UK Property Lawyers in November 2023 with a clear vision — to redefine conveyancing by combining traditional legal expertise with a modern, client-first approach.
Lisa is passionate about making the conveyancing process transparent, efficient, and genuinely supportive for every client. Her hands-on leadership and commitment to clear communication ensure the firm delivers not only excellent legal service, but also a smooth and stress-free moving experience.
Kath Chaco
Director
Kath has worked alongside Lisa for more than five years, building a strong professional partnership that has become central to the success of UK Property Lawyers. Having previously worked with Lisa at her former conveyancing firm, Kath brought her deep practical knowledge and commitment to client service into this new venture when they co-founded UK Property Lawyers in 2023.
As Co-Director, Kath plays a key role in ensuring every transaction runs smoothly, maintaining the firm’s high standards of communication, accuracy, and care. Clients value her approachable nature, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to helping each move progress without stress or delay.
Ellie Williams
Conveyancing Assistant & Client Liaison
Ellie has been part of the team for four years, working closely alongside Lisa and Kath. She began her career on reception, quickly developing a strong understanding of the conveyancing process and progressing to assist with all aspects of client transactions.
As the first point of contact for new clients, Ellie sets the tone for the friendly, professional service that UK Property Lawyers is known for. Her approachable manner, organisational skills, and attention to detail help ensure that every client feels informed and supported from start to finish.
Jazmin White
Receptionist / Front of House
Jazmin is the friendly first point of contact for clients at UK Property Lawyers. As our Receptionist and Front of House, she ensures every client is greeted warmly — whether visiting the office, calling in, or making an enquiry — and helps direct queries to the right member of the team.
Joining the firm in December, Jazmin brings a positive, professional approach and a strong commitment to client care. She plays an important role in creating the welcoming and supportive atmosphere that clients experience from the moment they get in touch.
